Basics
Builds the foundation for your yoga practice, introducing a basic well rounded class with an emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment in the poses.
Ongoing
Postpartum
Graceful consciousness while regaining strength and easing aches. Experience the sharing group energy of other parents and babies. All levels.
Prenatal Yoga
For the Mama to be, our prenatal class offers gentle yoga postures and breath work to promote the health of your changing body and to nourish and celebrate the life of your new BABY!
Ongoing or Series
Restorative Yoga
This is a very gentle yet powerful practice that teaches the mind to calm and the body to let go of tension. It is excellent for people with old or recent injuries or chronic stress and its attendant problems. Restorative yoga uses the force of gravity rather than muscle power - to ease the body, release tight muscles and fascia, and activate the relaxation response in body and mind.
Semi-private: Call Carol to join.
All Levels Yoga
A yoga class that introduces the more challenging poses. Moving at a slower tempo, this class builds stamina and strength as well as developing grace and flexibility. Open to all levels.
