| This is a very gentle yet powerful practice that teaches the mind to calm and the body to let go of tension. It is excellent for people with old or recent injuries or chronic stress and its attendant problems. Restorative yoga uses the force of gravity rather than muscle power - to ease the body, release tight muscles and fascia, and activate the relaxation response in body and mind. |
Semi-private: Call Carol to join.
